硬膜外导管留置给药治疗腰椎间盘突出症

我科从1998年1月至1999年12月采用硬膜外导管留置给药治疗腰椎间盘突出症,疗效满意,现将临床观察结果 报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组42例,男26例,女16例;年龄34～56岁,平均39.6岁,其中多为青壮年,占70.2％。病程15 d～1.5年,平均5个月。
