我科自1995年1月-2002年1月7年间对急性胸腰段爆裂骨折合并脊髓损伤96例,采取前路或后路椎管减压后,Harrington系统、Luque系统、Dick系统、AF系统、Z-plate系统等内固定治疗。其中有71例得到随访,现就随访结果,并结合有关文献,讨论急性胸腰段椎体爆裂骨折并脊髓损伤患者手术方式的选择,以期对临床治疗工作提供一些参考依据。
