中年膝关节骨性关节炎的手术治疗

对于中年患者膝关节骨性关节炎手术治疗的选择需要慎重考虑。1关节镜清理手术适合关节镜清理手术患者特点为:轻、中度退变,关节软骨病变程度轻,年龄相对小,出现疼痛或机械性症状(mechanicsymptom)的时间短,机械性症状或体征明确。关节镜清理手术操作包括:冲洗、半月板部分切除、部分滑膜切除、骨赘磨削、游离体摘除、软骨打磨等^[1]。通过切除退变、撕裂、不稳定的半月板,摘除游离体,关节镜清理手术能够有效地缓解关节线部位疼痛、反复肿胀、交锁等机械性症状。
