拉力螺钉内固定治疗股骨胫骨干骨折

1995年3月-2001年5月我院应用拉力螺钉内固定结合外固定治疗下肢长斜形或螺旋形骨折46例,效果良好。1临床资料本组46例,男29例,女17例;年龄16～72岁,平均43.6岁;股骨骨折26例,胫骨骨折20例,均为新鲜骨折,其中开放性骨折15例(Ⅰ度6例,Ⅱ度9例)。2治疗方法连续硬膜外麻醉,消毒铺无菌巾、单。开放性骨折常规清创。首先以骨折处为中心,小切口逐层切开达骨折端,并有限向两侧显露骨折概貌。
