纳洛酮治疗急性重型颅脑损伤

我院自2001年1月-2001年12月,共应用盐酸纳洛酮治疗急性中、重型颅脑损伤35例,取得一定的疗效,现报告如下。1资料与方法11一般资料我院从2001年1月-2001年12月,用盐酸纳洛酮治疗急性重型颅脑损伤35例,其中男23例,女12例;年龄7～82岁,平均455岁。从受伤到入院时间为1～26h不等,无其它严重心、肝、肾受伤或功能不全。入院时GCS评分3～8分;其中伴有硬膜外血肿9例,硬膜下血肿5例,脑内血肿8例,多发性颅内血肿3例,脑挫裂伤10例。
