单纯性急性腰痛的手法治疗与卧床休息疗效比较

单纯性急性腰痛为骨科临床常见疾病,约占腰痛患者总数的125%^[1]。单纯性急性腰痛主要因机械性外力导致腰部软组织损伤以腰痛伴腰部活动明显受限为主要症状。一般分为肌肉筋膜组织损伤、韧带损伤、后关节紊乱,不涉及椎间盘、椎骨及神经的损害。传统中医手法推拿在治疗急性腰痛中因其方法独特,疗效快捷明确而受到广大患者的喜爱。现代医学从力学角度出发,认为急性损伤应以制动为原则,卧床休息为主。国外有报道认为理疗及手法治疗仅限于缓解症状,并无治疗作用^[2]。笔者通过临床72例单纯性急性腰痛的治疗,对上述两种方法的疗效进行比较。
