近年来,交通事故及高处坠落伤等所致的旋转及垂直不稳定型的骨盆骨折患者不断增多。患者伤情危急,合并严重的并发症,常危及伤者生命,其死亡率为5%～20%,而开放性骨盆骨折可高达30%～50%,重度骨盆骨折仍是一个尚未圆满解决的问题[1]。尤其是骨盆粉碎性骨折并骶髂关节脱位的治疗非常困难,我院创伤骨科在1994年4月-2002年3月,共收治21例,现总结如下。1临床资料本组21例,男17例,女4例;年龄21～67岁,平均35岁。创伤病因:汽车祸伤16例,高处坠落伤4例,渔船重物砸伤1例。
