钩形针尾张力带钢丝内固定治疗髌骨骨折

我们采用钩形针尾张力带钢丝内固定治疗髌骨骨折,收到满意的效果,总结如下。1临床资料本组18例,男14例,女4例;年龄15～63岁,平均31.4岁;全部为新鲜骨折。骨折类型:横形骨折(包括两极骨折)11例,粉碎性骨折7例。致伤原因:跌倒损伤8例,骑车摔伤5例,被车撞伤3例,高处坠落伤2例。单纯髌骨骨折13例,合并其他骨折5例。2治疗方法采用髌前横弧形切口,显露髌骨上、下骨折端及其两侧,直视下将骨折复位,用巾钳固定。自髌支持带裂隙伸入手指检查髌骨关节软骨面是否平整,并决定克氏针钻入的位置及方向。
