微型钩刀治疗腕管综合征12例

我们自行设计了微型钩刀配合扩张导管在半直视下松解腕管的新方法,治疗腕管综合征12例,效果良好,现报道如下。1临床资料11一般资料本组共12例,男3例,女9例;年龄28～61岁,平均49岁。右手8例,左手4例。病程最短1年,最长8年,平均3年零1个月。严格按疾病的诊断标准确诊为腕管综合征,12例均有桡侧三指半麻木、疼痛。夜间加重9例,握力及拇指对掌功能受限6例,大鱼际肌肉明显萎缩3例。所有患者均接受过两种以上的保守治疗,因复发或无效而主动接受这种治疗。
