骨质疏松股骨颈经CCPC强化后螺钉固定的生物力学研究

目的:评价不同直径螺钉固定时添加复合磷酸钙骨水泥(CCPC)对骨质疏松股骨颈生物力学变化的影响。

方法:采用24个股骨上段标本,随机分为三组:深螺纹强化组、中等螺纹强化组和浅螺纹强化组。

结果 三组均灌注CCPC,深螺纹组、中螺纹组和浅螺纹组的螺钉初始松动加载力分别为(328.9±34.9)N、(335.7±26.6)N、(284.8±25.9)N;最大轴向拔出力分别为(369.5±21.9)N、(364.0±17.5)N、(305.6±24.5)N,深螺纹组、中螺纹组均和浅螺纹组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。

结论:螺钉直径与骨质疏松股骨颈强化后的稳定性有关。

Biomechanics study on augmentation of osteoporotic femoral neck with screw and composite calsium phosphate cement
Abstract:

Objective:To evaluate the Biomechanics of different diameter screw in the osteoporotic femoral neck with calcium phosphate cement

Methods:Twenty-four femurs of superior segment were randomly divided into three groups:deep spiral group,secondary spiral group,shallow spiral group.CCPC was inserted in three groups.

Results:The initial mobile force and the pull-out strength for deep spiral group and shallow spiral group were as follows:(328.9±34.9)N,(284.8±25.9)N;(369.5±21.9)N、(305.6±24.5)N.The content of biomechanics in shallow spiral group are lower than that of other groups significantly.

Conclusion:The date suggest that diameter of screw was related to the internal fixation with Calcium phosphate cement in osteoporotic femoral neck.
