微创骨科的概念:通过微小创伤和入路,将特殊器械、物理能量或化学药剂送入人体内部,完成对体内病变、畸形、创伤的灭活、切除、修复或重建等骨科手术操作,从而达到治疗目的的医学分支。微创骨科具有在任何骨科创伤应激情况下,具备最佳内环境稳定状态,最小的手术切口,最轻的炎症反应,最小的瘢痕愈合。即创伤小,痛苦少,操作简便、安全,愈合快,疗效好。1微创骨科的分类笔者经研究认为微创骨科疗法大体上可分为六类:经皮内固定疗法、骨外固定器疗法、微针刀疗法、内腔镜技术、微创介入疗法和其它疗法。
