我们自1996年采用解剖型钢板治疗56例胫骨平台骨折,术后结合CPM进行功能锻炼,疗效满意,现报告如下。1临床资料本组56例,男42例,女14例;年龄17～82岁,平均39岁。致伤原因:交通伤41例,高处坠落伤9例,摔倒后致伤4例,棍棒击伤2例;均为新鲜骨折。所有病例术前均常规行患膝关节正侧位X线片及CT扫描检查。
