1999年1月-2001年10月,我科应用颈前路植骨钛板内固定治疗颈椎病32例疗效满意,报告如下。1临床资料11一般资料本组32例,男28例,女4例;年龄35～68岁,平均536岁;病程1个月～10年,平均24年。12症状与体征颈肩疼痛者12例,四肢麻木无力者24例,胸或腰部束带感者4例,上肢深反射亢进者18例,下肢深反射亢进者14例,Hoffman征阳性者16例,Babinski征阳性者12例。
