严重骨盆骨折18例临床分析

我院自1991年-2001年共收治严重骨盆骨折患者18例,现报告如下。1临床资料11一般资料18例严重骨盆骨折患者中,男11例,女7例;年龄21～45岁,平均29岁。受伤至就诊时间为30min～24h。12伤因与伤情交通意外伤9例,坠落伤5例,挤压伤4例。其中合并颅脑损伤5例,胸部挫伤及肋骨骨折4例,腹腔脏器破裂3例,膀胱破裂5例,尿道断裂6例,阴道损伤1例,直肠破裂2例,膈疝1例,骶骨丛损伤1例,合并尺桡骨骨折1例,肱骨骨折1例,股骨干骨折2例。
