改良式坐骨神经并股神经阻滞在老年下肢骨折中的应用

近年来,我院采用改良式坐骨神经并股神经阻滞,在日本东芝850WAX线机下,手法复位老年膝关节以下骨折,取得良好效果,现总结如下。1临床资料本组40例,男25例,女15例;年龄60～70岁;ASA(美国麻醉医师协会)病情评估分级Ⅱ～Ⅲ级。所有病人体形中等或偏瘦,听力、神志正常。合并有高血压、冠心病者10例,占25%;呼吸功能不全6例,占15%。本组病例均为膝关节以下新鲜骨折。2麻醉方法术前常规肌注苯巴比妥钠0.07～0.10g。
