多发性骨折的早期处理

我院自1994年1月-2001年10月共收治多发性骨折患者132例,采取早期抗休克,预防全身并发症的发生,处理合并症,全面检查减少漏诊,骨折早期内固定治疗等诊治措施,取得较好的效果,现报告如下。1临床资料11一般资料本组132例,均按蔡汝宾提出的标准诊断,其中男97例,女35例;年龄4～72岁,平均31岁;致伤原因:车祸伤73例,坠落伤37例,砸伤9例,机器伤4例,爆炸伤3例,其他6例。伤处共371处。12合并症本组132例中,118例有不同程度的休克,收缩压均低于120kPa。
