我院于1999年1月至2001年1月采用外固定架加简易内固定的固定方法治疗38例胫腓骨开放性骨折,效果良好,现报告如下。1临床资料本组共38例,男29例,女9例;年龄18～49岁,平均32岁。依据Gustilo等的开放性骨折分型方法:Ⅰ型4例,Ⅱ型25例,Ⅲ型9例,其中,ⅢA型5例,ⅢB型3例,ⅢC型1例。入院时合并休克者8例,合并股骨骨折5例,髌骨骨折2例,合并腹腔内脏损伤者2例,伤后救治时间25～10h,平均4h。
