| 骨髓方治疗慢性骨髓炎的实验研究 |

目的:观察骨髓方治疗大鼠慢性骨髓炎的疗效。
方法:采用SD大鼠建立慢性骨髓炎模型,随机分成四组:骨髓方Ⅰ组、骨髓方Ⅱ组、对照组和空白组。治疗1个月,观察WBC、RBC、E-C3bRR、E-ICR、血清溶菌酶含量、骨X线、病理组织学指标。
结果:骨髓方Ⅰ、Ⅱ组与空白组差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);RBC、E-C3bRR、E-ICR、血清溶菌酶含量指标骨髓方Ⅰ、Ⅱ组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。光镜下病理组织学观察骨髓方Ⅰ、Ⅱ组明显优于对照组和空白组;电镜下,骨髓方Ⅰ、Ⅱ组细胞结构受损程度小于对照组和空白组。
结论:骨髓方治疗慢性骨髓炎有较好疗效,提示与其提高机体免疫力、促进微循环和促进成骨有关。 |

| Experimental study on the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis with bone marrow decoction |

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of bone marrow decoction on chronic osteomyelitis in rat model
Methods: SD rats animals with chronic osteomyelitis were randomly divided into four groups:bone marrow group Ⅰ,bone marrow group Ⅱ,control group and blank group.All animals were treated for 1 month and observed with WBC,RBC,Erythrocyte C3b receptor ratio(E-C3bRR),erythrocyte immune compound ratio(E-ICR),serum lysozyme activity,bone X-ray and histopathological index.
Results: There were significant difference between the bone marrow group Ⅰ/Ⅱ and blank group(P<0.01).Comparison between the bone marrow group Ⅰ/Ⅱ and blank group shown that RBC,E-C3bRR,E-ICR and serum lysozyme activity were significantly better(P<0.01).In respects of roentgenography and histological manifestation,bone marrow group were better than the control group and the blank group;The injury degree to the cell structure of bone marrow group were less than the control group and the blank group
Conclusion: Extractant from bone marrow decoction have good effects on chronic osteomyelities in rat model,which suggest that bone marrow decoction can improve the immune function,the histological microenvironment and repairing of bone. |
