手法复位治疗单纯腕舟骨脱位1例报告

任××,女性,48岁,教师,2001年10月6日初诊。患者于10月5日被汽车撞倒,右手背戳地,随即右腕部疼痛、肿胀、桡背侧突起一肿物,活动障碍。经附近医院X线检查诊断为:右腕舟骨脱位。未进行复位,临时采取石膏托外固定,准备手术治疗。患者夜间疼痛剧烈,第2天来本院就诊。检查所见:患者右腕部肿胀,桡侧较重。腕关节呈轻度背伸尺偏强迫位,桡背侧可触及一骨性突起,压痛明显。腕掌侧舟骨结节处空虚,腕关节自主活动障碍,各掌指、指间关节活动基本正常。X线片检查(见图1)正位片显示:舟骨移位到桡骨茎突桡侧,舟骨桡关节面亦旋转向桡侧。全部腕骨向桡侧略
