综合疗法治疗胫腓骨感染性骨不连12例报告

自1995年以来,我们采用综合疗法治疗胫腓骨感染性骨不连,体会该方法既彻底清除了病灶、控制感染,又使骨折断端稳定、促进创面及骨折愈合,且不影响功能锻炼,是一种理想的治疗方法,现总结报告如下。1临床资料本组12例中男9例,女3例;年龄26～59岁,平均31岁。均系创伤所致严重的胫腓骨开放性骨折,早期清创修复内固定不当,后期骨外露,骨折不愈合,窦道、溃疡形成。其中本院3例,来自外院9例。伤后病人多有创面感染期,经全身用药及局部清创、换药处理,病情迁延,又因病人早期负重活动致使内固定松动、假关节形成。X线片显示骨髓炎、骨不愈合征象。
