闭合复位DHS固定治疗高龄老人股骨粗隆间骨折

随着社会人口老龄化的进展,高龄老人股骨粗隆间骨折逐渐增多。我院从1988年1月-1999年8月共收治106例股骨粗隆间骨折。其中有46例应用闭合复位DHS(动力髋螺钉)内固定治疗取得了良好效果。1临床资料11一般资料本组46例中男28例,女18例;年龄80～93岁,平均82岁;80～89岁36例,90岁以上10例。发病部位:左侧25例,右侧21例。按AO的分类方法[1],A1型21例,A2型16例,A3型9例。合并高血压26例,糖尿病19例,脑梗塞6例。同时有糖尿病,高血压并肺部感染者12例。
