挽肘握腕膝顶法治疗肩关节脱位

自1986年采用挽肘握腕膝顶法治疗肩关节脱位142例,均取得复位成功,现介绍如下。1临床资料本组142例中男96例,女46例;年龄25～61岁;前脱位101例,后脱位41例,其中陈旧性脱位12例,合并大结节撕脱骨折15例。2治疗方法以右肩关节脱位为例:患者仰卧,术者站患侧,以右肘挽患侧肘关节,右手握自己左上臂,左手反握患肢右腕,右膝顶患肢腋窝处,形成挽肘向下牵引,握腕下压稳定和增加挽肘牵引力量,膝部向上顶住肱骨头。
