侧卧平行复位法治疗髋关节脱位

我院自1994年1月-2000年3月,采用不同的手法复位治疗髋关节单纯脱位19例,疗效满意,现报告如下。1临床资料本组19例,男12例,女7例;年龄21～72岁。其中前脱位1例,后脱位18例,采用Allis法复位9例,Bigelow法复位3例^[1],侧卧牵引法复位7例。所有手法复位的病例均24h内复位。2治疗方法侧卧牵引复位法的患者硬膜外麻醉后侧卧位,患侧在上,用大单绕过会阴部,着力点偏上,作对抗牵引。
