经髂腹股沟入路治疗髋臼骨折的疗效分析

近年来,髋臼骨折的手术治疗越来越受到重视。而选择适当的手术径路,对于术中骨折的显露和复位以及术后取得满意的疗效具有重要的意义^[1,2]。我科自1993年12月-2000年12月手术治疗髋臼骨折43例,其中经髂腹股沟入路20例,报告如下。1临床资料本组20例,男15例,女5例;年龄21～63岁,平均35.2岁。骨折按Letournel^[3]分型标准,双柱骨折6例,前柱骨折5例,横行3例,前柱伴前壁3例,T型2例,前柱伴后半横行1例。
