痛风宁颗粒对实验性鸡痛风性关节炎的影响

目的:探讨痛风宁颗粒对鸡痛风性关节炎症的作用。

方法:采用100d龄蛋鸡,在产蛋日龄前喂以产蛋高峰期的高核蛋白、高钙饲料,并限制进水量,诱发鸡痛风性关节炎,并以别嘌呤醇、丙磺舒、小苏打、舒风宁作为对照药,对比观察痛风宁颗粒对鸡痛风性关节炎关节肿胀及关节腔滑液白细胞计数的影响。

结果: 痛风宁颗粒用药后,病鸡的跗踝关节肿胀明显消退,关节腔白细胞计数显著下降,其作用与舒风宁相当,优于小苏打、丙磺舒、别嘌呤醇。

结论:痛风宁颗粒可以明显抑制痛风性关节炎的炎症反应。

The experimental study of the effect of Tongfengning granule on treating gouty arthritis in hen

Abstract:

Objective:To investigate the effect of Tongfengning granule on treating gouty arthritis in hen

Methods:100 days old hens were fed by forage containing high nucleoprotein,high calcium and limiting water ingestion to induce gouty arthritis in hen.Allopurinol,probenecid,baking soda and colchicine were used as control.Swelling of joint and the quantity of leucocyte in joint fluid were observed

Results:The swelling of gambrel in hens subsidised obviously and the the quantity of leucocyte in joint fluid also declined obviously after treating with Tongfengning,and the treating effect of Tongfengning is superior to allopurinol,probenecid and baking soda.

Conclusion:The granule of Tongfengning can obviously inhibit inflammatory reaction.
