旋转前臂法治疗肱骨干下段螺旋型骨折

自1997年以来,我院采用旋转前臂法治疗肱骨干下段螺旋型骨折23例,疗效满意,现将具体方法介绍如下。1 临床资料本组23例中男14例,女9例;年龄19～58岁;均为旋转的间接暴力损伤;均为闭合性损伤;就诊时间为伤后2h～10d;患肢均有不同程度肿胀,但无桡神经损伤症状。2 治疗方法患者端坐位,肘关节于胸前屈曲90°。术者一手握住患者肘关节,一手握住腕关节,轻微力量顺肱骨干力线牵引,以纠正重叠和侧方成角,牵引3～5min后,双手同时旋转前臂及远折端,并屈伸腕关节。外旋型骨折,前臂极度旋前,腕关节掌屈;内旋型骨折,前臂极度旋后,腕关节背伸。
