Bastiani式单侧T型外固定架治疗胫骨近关节段骨折

近关节的胫骨骨折,治疗难度较大,治疗方法亦较多。我院自1995年8月-2000年8月利用Bas-tiani式单侧T型外固定架治疗胫骨近关节段骨折24例,随访13个月～3年,疗效满意。1 临床资料本组24例,男17例,女7例;年龄18～61岁,平均31岁。左侧11例,右侧13例。受伤原因:车祸伤14例,跌伤7例,砸伤3例。骨折部位:近膝关节骨折7例,近踝关节骨折17例。骨折类型:横形或斜形骨折10例,粉碎性骨折14例。开放性骨折9例,闭合性骨折15例。2 手术方法采用腰麻或硬膜外麻醉。常规消毒,开放性外伤患者清洗皮肤后,用1:100O的新洁尔灭浸泡创面10min。以骨折处为中心,在胫骨嵴外 1cm或顺原开放切口作弧形切口。
