长板式四夹板治疗伸直型肱骨髁上骨折

自1995年以来,我们采用长夹板式小夹板外固定治疗肱骨髁上伸直型骨折80例,随访69例,效果满意,现介绍如下。1 临床资料本组80例患者中男48例,女32例;年龄最小2岁,最大12岁,平均8.3岁。左侧38例,右侧42例。骨折远端向内侧移位39例,向外侧移位11例,中间位30例,均有不同程度向后上移位。远折端向内侧倾斜53例,向外侧倾斜5例,旋前移位23例。全属新鲜骨折。2 治疗方法2.1 前后长板式四夹板的制作取厚薄适中杉树皮若干。前后夹板起自腋窝旁,下至手指部。内侧板上自腋窝,外侧板上起三角肌,均下超肘2.5cm。
