肱骨干骨折小夹板外固定与钢板螺丝钉内固定治疗比较

1993年1月-1998年12月我们对41例肱骨干骨折患者随机分成两组,分别采用小夹板外固定及钢板螺丝钉内固定治疗。对两种治疗的结果 (愈合率、愈合时间及肩肘关节活动度)进行比较,现总结如下。1 临床资料肱骨干骨折患者共41例。采用小夹板外固定治疗21例,其中男8例,女13例;年龄16～65岁,平均36岁。骨折部位:肱骨上 1/35例,中 1/39例,下 1/37例。骨折类型:横形骨折8例,斜形骨折6例,螺旋形骨折3例,粉碎性骨折4例。采用钢板螺丝钉内固定治疗20例,男7例,女13例,年龄19～54岁,平均38岁。骨折部位:肱骨上 1/34例,中1/3 10例,下1/36例。
