AF内固定术中椎管造影治疗胸腰椎压缩骨折

AF治疗胸腰椎骨折技术已日趋成熟,术中AF对椎体的撑开作用以及椎管形态的复位,是否进行术中椎板减压,如何进行减压,术中难以确定。本文对32例胸腰段骨折进行术中椎管造影,了解AF对椎体的撑开、椎管形态复位的情况,决定是否进行椎板减压以及减压范围,骨块复位方式,进行治疗。收到较好疗效,报道如下。
