选择性椎管减压加AF系统治疗胸腰椎骨折

我们自1996年5月-2000年12月用AF系统加选择性椎管减压治疗胸腰椎骨折83例,其中54例获得随访,现报告如下。1 临床资料本组54例,男39例,女15例;年龄21～62岁,平均38岁。受伤原因:高处坠落伤41例,车祸伤8例,压伤4例,其他伤1例。骨折部位:T₁₁12例,T₁₂18例,L₁ 21例,L₂ 7例,L₃ 4例,L₄ 1例,1例为L₁、L₃骨折。骨折类型按Denis分型:爆裂性骨折38例,骨折脱位9例,压缩型6例,安全带型1例。椎管狭窄程度按Wolter分型:指数1为18例,指数2为25例,指数3为11例。脊髓神经功能按ASIA分级:A级为6例,B级为12例,C级为15例,D级为11例,E级为10例。
