胸腰段脊柱骨折中运用短节段三维固定椎弓根螺钉系统已被临床医生接受并广泛运用,其治疗效果不断提高,但由于经验不多,操作不当,选择器械不配套,直接影响治疗效果,我院自1993年8月-1999年12月应用椎弓根钉治疗胸腰段骨折85例,出现断钉4例,松动滑脱2例,感染4例。报告如下。1 临床资料本组85例,男66例,女19例;年龄22～45岁。骨折部位:T₁₂30例,L₁ 37例,L₂ 15例,L₃ 3例;合并脱位3例:L₁ 2例,T₁₂1例。受伤至手术时间8～143 h,平均26.1 h。所用椎弓根钉共340根,分别为Dick钉12例,AF钉45例,RF钉28例。胸腰段用10°（AF12°）,腰以下用5°（AF钉6°）。
