肺癌异位激素分泌致胸椎病理性骨折7例报告

肺癌异位激素分泌致胸椎病理性骨折临床少见,我院自1997年以来共收治7例,疗效明显,现总结报告如下。1临床资料本组7例,男5例,女2例;年龄35～61岁,平均42岁;患者均因轻微外伤后胸背部疼痛,活动受限来诊,其中2例尚伴有多尿、烦渴、心律失常以及重症肌无力等其他副癌综合征,7例患者均无明显呼吸系统症状。Ｘ线片检查见多个胸椎体压缩骨折,整个脊柱诸椎体骨质疏松明显,髂骨、肋骨、颅骨、肩胛骨可见多个类圆形低密度影,骨皮质变薄,骨质疏松;胸部平片可见肺门处类圆形阴影。
