桥式石膏悬吊牵引治疗小儿股骨干骨折

我院自1992年1月-2000年12月,应用桥式石膏悬吊牵引治疗小儿股骨干骨折患者89例,疗效满意,报道如下。1临床资料本组89例中男61例,女28例;年龄2ｄ～6岁,平均35岁。左侧39例,右侧45例,双侧5例。上1/3骨折24例,中1/3骨折51例,下1/3骨折14例。横形骨折36例,斜形骨折30例,螺旋形骨折18例,粉碎性骨折5例。闭合性骨折85例,开放性骨折4例,均在伤后48ｈ内就诊。
