皮神经卡压综合征的病因病机

皮神经卡压综合征(cutaneousnerveentrapmentsyndrome)是一个早已存在但未引起重视的临床常见病。多发生在颈肩背腰臀及四肢关节的骨突部位。以无明显诱因出现疼痛、不适为其临床特点。常被诊断为“慢性软组织损伤”,“肌筋膜炎”,“软组织风湿”等。病势缠绵,反复发作,有的甚至久治不愈。由于皮神经卡压综合征这一病名属于初次问世,本刊特邀董福慧教授从皮神经卡压综合征的病因病机、临床表现、诊断与鉴别诊断和治疗几方面分4次进行讲座。
