功能锻炼在肱骨外科颈骨折治疗中的应用

在临床实践中强调功能锻炼的作用,把功能锻炼用于肱骨外科颈骨折治疗的始终,收到了满意疗效,现总结报告如下。1临床资料本组36例,男13例,女23例;年龄最小42岁,最大86岁,平均58岁。左侧15例,右侧21例;裂纹骨折5例,外展型16例,内收型13例,骨折合并肩关节脱位2例;受伤时间最短1h,最长11d,平均2d.2治疗方法21复位方法对无移位的裂纹骨折或嵌入骨折,一般不需整复。
