椎弓根螺钉系统加椎体间融合器治疗下腰椎失稳合并腰椎管狭窄症

我院自1997年8月-2000年8月应用椎弓根螺钉复位系统加椎体间融合器手术治疗下腰椎失稳合并腰椎管狭窄症20例,疗效满意,报告如下。1临床资料我院自1997年8月-2000年8月,共收治下腰椎失稳合并腰椎管狭窄症45例,经05～1年正规保守治疗无效者施行腰椎管减压,借助SF、RFⅡ或SRS等椎弓根螺钉系统使滑脱椎体复位、固定,椎体间融合器(BAK或TFC)行椎体间植骨融合术20例。其中男9例,女11例;年龄50～69岁,平均56岁。
