喙肩韧带重建喙锁韧带治疗肩锁关节Ⅲ度脱位

肩锁关节损伤并不少见,Rowe的资料指出约占肩部损伤脱位的12%[1].本文对我院近5年来收治的28例Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位的病人,采用切开复位,克氏针、钢丝张力带内固定,喙肩韧带重建喙锁韧带手术,治疗效果满意,现报告如下。1临床资料本组28例中男22例,女6例;最大年龄58岁,最小22岁,平均385岁。左侧18例,右侧10例。其中陈旧性脱位2例。致伤原因：自行车伤4例,摩托车伤12例,高处跌伤8例,棍棒击伤4例。伤后距手术时间最短7d,最长58d.
