几种内固定治疗锁骨骨折的疗效分析

我院自1993-2002年对124例锁骨骨折采用7种不同内固定治疗,结果进行分析如下。1临床资料本组124例,男74例,女50例;年龄16～64岁,平均40岁;右侧86例,左侧38例。按Allman分类[1]中段骨折92例,外侧段骨折29例,粉碎骨折3例;其中闭合性骨折106例,开放性骨折18例;伤后至手术时间3h～20d,平均55d.
