胸椎黄韧带骨化症的手术治疗

黄韧带骨化是导致胸椎管狭窄症的主要原因之一。我院自1985-1999年12月手术治疗38例胸椎黄韧带骨化症,报道如下。1临床资料11一般资料本组38例中男23例,女15例;年龄21～68岁,平均50岁。病史2个月～7年,平均2年3个月;有明确外伤史1例;合并脊髓型颈椎病6例;合并腰椎管狭窄4例;并发氟骨症8例;广泛性特发性肥大性骨病4例。累及椎板数1～8节,以2～4节多见。根据MRI所见,分为三种类型[1],局灶型8例,跳跃型24例,连续型6例。
