三种方法治疗肱骨髁上骨折121例临床分析

我科从1993-1999年共收治121例肱骨髁上骨折患者,分别采取手法复位小夹板外固定、手法复位经皮穿针内固定和手术复位内固定三种方法治疗,经05～1年的随访,结果报告如下。1临床资料男83例,女38例;最大年龄15岁,最小年龄3岁。3～6岁24例,7～13岁96例,15岁1例。伤后24h内诊治者49例,3d～1周诊治者32例,2～3个月诊治者34例,1年以后诊治者6例,最长者伤后6年开始治疗。左侧42例,右侧79例,其中1例是左侧新鲜髁上骨折,右侧陈旧性髁上骨折合并肘内翻21°。
