侧后方潜式减压术治疗下胸段椎间盘突出症

自1996年6月-2000年6月,共收治下胸段椎间盘突出症的病人16例,均行侧后方潜式减压髓核摘除术,效果满意,报告如下。1临床资料11一般资料16例中男14例,女2例;年龄28～67岁,平均50.2岁;病程12d～6年,平均1年8个月;有明确外伤史5例,11例无明显诱因。12临床表现16例中1例起病较急,以车祸撞击为诱因,病程12d.其余发展缓慢,呈进行性加重,但症状各不相同。13例主要表现为双下肢麻木无力、行走困难、步态不稳易摔倒;8例有背部下肢、肋间放射痛及腹部束带感。
