棘突定位法在下腰椎间盘突出手术中的应用

自1977年Caspar微创椎间盘切除治疗腰椎间盘突出症以来,微创技术已广泛被采用[1],手术的技术除外科基本技能及手术器械的革新之外,术前的准确解剖定位可使手术顺利进行。采用棘突定位法,操作简单、创伤小、剥离组织少,术后有利于康复,且可避免不必要的X线照射。
