螺钉内固定治疗踝部骨折68例

踝部骨折的内固定方法很多,以往我们采用过克氏针、张力带钢丝、螺钉及钢板等内固定。从1998年8月起我们开始单用松质骨螺钉固定骨折,取得了良好的治疗效果。1临床资料自1998年8月-2001年5月手术治疗68例74侧踝部骨折,其中单侧62例,双侧6例；男45例,女23例；年龄17～63岁,平均31.5岁。致伤原因:车祸伤26例,坠落伤17例,砸伤11例,扭伤14例。按DanisWeber分类法:A型9例,B型32例,C型27例。
