夹板套平行针治疗胫腓骨骨折

我们自1998年10月-2001年10月运用夹板套平行针治疗胫腓骨骨折54例,取得满意疗效。现报告如下。1临床资料本组54例中男38例,女16例；年龄13～72岁,平均39岁；左侧29例,右侧25例；受伤至来院就诊时间30min～8d.2治疗方法21复位方法患者在连续硬膜外麻醉下,取平卧位,屈膝150°～160°,稍作对抗拔伸,在电视X线机监视下,纠正重叠移位,根据移位情况,通过旋转远端,分骨挟挤,提按推挤将骨折复位。然后将小腿垫枕,放置于枕上,维持牵引。
