非扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗粉碎性股骨干骨折

股骨干骨折是临床常见的多发性骨折,特别是在高能量损伤情况下造成股骨干粉碎性、多段骨折,复位固定非常困难,不仅骨折粉碎程度高,而且往往伴有严重软组织损伤。我们自1998年始采用非扩髓小切口带锁髓内钉对该类骨折进行治疗,效果满意。1临床资料本组45例中男32例,女13例；年龄20～63岁,平均35岁。致伤原因:车祸伤35例,高处坠落伤6例,重物砸伤4例,均属股骨干粉碎性骨折；按Winquist等[1]方法分类:Ⅰ度12例,Ⅱ度8例,Ⅲ度17例,Ⅳ度8例。
