三维外固定架治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折

三维多功能外固定架(潍坊三维骨科医疗器械研究所研制)治疗股骨粗隆间骨折,具有损伤小、术后活动早、能根据股骨颈的解剖特点随意确定骨钉位置的优点。我院从1997-2001年采用三维外固定架治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折21例,效果满意。1临床资料本组股骨粗隆间骨折21例,男10例,女11例；年龄56～97岁,平均66岁。受伤原因:交通事故伤8例,跌倒摔伤6例,压砸伤2例,坠落伤5例。合并内科病13例:慢支肺气肿4例,糖尿病6例,冠心病3例。按boyd等[1]分类:Ⅱ型8例,Ⅲ型7例,Ⅳ型6例。
