从1991年9月-2001年7月作者采用3种不同术式治疗臀肌挛缩症218例,取得了满意疗效。现就相关问题作一回顾性分析讨论,报告如下。1临床资料本组218例,男106例,女112例；年龄4～21岁,平均年龄96岁。均为双臀发病。按沈品泉等[1]标准临床分型:轻型98例,重型104例,骨盆倾斜型16例。2手术方法手术均在骶管麻醉或(和)氯胺酮全麻下进行。根据临床分型不同,采用3种不同术式治疗:①采用大转子上斜形切口,用此方法治疗轻型患者98例。
