76例髋臼骨折的治疗

目的：评价髋臼骨折不同的治疗方法、疗效。

方法：本文报告了76例有移位髋臼骨折经骨牵引治疗及手术治疗的临床疗效观察,并进行了2～10年的随访。

结果：牵引治疗组36例病例优良率63.9%,手术治疗组40例优良率92.5%,经卡方检验,P<0.05,显示二种治疗方法的疗效的显着性差异。

结论：手术治疗对有移位髋臼骨折的治疗的远期疗效明显高于骨牵引治疗。

The treatment of the acetabular fracture-clinical report of 76 cases

Abstract:

Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of different ways in the treatment of acetabular fracture

Methods:76 cases of acetabular fracture were treated by surgery and skeletal traction and were followed-up 2～10 yerars.

Results:The

Results:showed that 63.9% of the 36 cases treated by skeletal traction and 92 5% of the 40 cases treated by surgery obtained excellent results.It showed a significant difference of the two ways.

Conclusion:Results indicate that long-term curative effect of acetabular fracture with surgery is better than that with skeletal traction.
