有移位跟骨关节内骨折的手术治疗

目的：评价切开复位内固定对有移位跟骨关节内骨折的治疗效果。

方法：骨折类型采用Sanders骨折分型法,62例有移位跟骨关节内骨折均采用切开复位内固定治疗方法。62例患者中,57例获得随访(91.9%),平均随访时间23个月。

结果：根据Maryland足部评分系统评价术后功能,本组中优16例(28.1%),良21例(36.8%),一般13例(22.8%),差7例(12.3%),优良率64.9%.

结论：有移位跟骨关节内骨折应考虑切开复位内固定治疗,尽量恢复关节面的平整和跟骨的外形与力线。

Operative treatment of displaced intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus

Abstract:

Objective:To evaluate the effect of open reduction and internal fixation for displaced intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus

Methods:62 patients were treated by open reduction and internal fixation.The fractures were classified according to Sanders classification.57 of 62 cases were followed up from 5～72 months (average of 23 months).

Results:Results was evaluated using Maryland Foot Score and excellent Results occurred in 16,good in 21,fair in 13 and poor in 7.

Conclusion:Displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures should be treated with open reduction and internal fixation,not only for restoring articular congruency but also for the shape and alignment of the calcaneus.
